Max exemplifies the Juniper Spirit.  There are numerous acts of kindness he does daily and I cannot single out just one. When Max works in dining, he gives the residents at his tables the “full service” treatment.  Good service, humor, smiles, and most of all the happy looks on their faces, the looks of “satisfaction”. On occasion, when a new employee joins the dining staff, Max will bring the individual around and introduce him/her to the Juniper employees working that day. CHEERFUL RESIDENTS. APPRECIATIVE NEW HIRES. It makes me feel grateful to know and work with Max who goes above and beyond with kindness and professionalism.
